The issue of excess height inside the weld seam of U/S bent pipe assemblies has always been a challenge in the industry. Traditional hot bending machines can only process flat single bending workpieces of S and U pipe sections, and require welding of S and U pipe sections, which cannot form a single three-dimensional bending process. Bending and forming before welding make it difficult or even impossible to polish the weld seam, ultimately resulting in excessive internal weld reinforcement.

Welding advance: After welding the straight pipe, polish the welding root and then bend it into a U-shaped or S-shaped shape as a whole
Overall bending: The moderate pipe section can be directly bent into a U/S type assembly for the entire pipe section
Weld disappearance/neat root cleaning: Through 3D digital three-dimensional bending technology products, it is possible to achieve no weld or completely clean the root of the weld, solving the problems of furnace tube coking and premature failure caused by the inability to polish the internal root of the U/S bending assembly
